Just call her Wonder Woman! Blake Lively attended her former assistant Jessica Snyder’s wedding on Sunday, October 2, just days after giving birth to her second child with Ryan Reynolds — and she looked fabulous!
The Shallows star wore black in a photo she shared on Instagram that showed her planting a kiss on the smiling bride’s cheek.
“Most beautiful bride on the planet. And the best friend I could ask for,” she captioned the sweet pic. “@Jessicarose617 thank you for being EVERYTHING. I love you.”
As Us Weekly reported on Friday, September 30, the Gossip Girl alum, 29, and her husband, 39, welcomed their second child in New York City earlier this week. The baby’s sex and name have not yet been announced.
A source told Us that Lively’s sister Robyn and pal Taylor Swift both visited her at the hospital this week.
Lively and the Deadpool actor’s new arrival joins big sister James, 20 months. Back in February, Reynolds defended their little girl’s name during an interview with Good Morning America.
“In the spectrum of weird celebrity baby names, I feel like we’re not really breaking any new ground here,” he said. “I mean, I didn’t call her Summer Squash Meadowlark, or something.”
Both of the new parents come from large families and Lively hinted in June that she wants a whole squad.
“I’m one of five kids. My husband is one of four, so we’re officially breeders,” she said on the Today show. “You can go on our website and we will give you some of our children.”
