Celebrity moms, they’re just like Us! Britney Spears screamed out loud in a hilariously relatable video she posted to Instagram on Thursday, September 22.
In the cute clip, above, Spears’ oldest son, 11-year-old Sean Preston, narrates the two boys’ sneaky prank. “We’re about to scare the heck out of mom,” he explains to the camera as someone, presumably Jayden, 10, films him. “We just stole her phone.”
The two boys fall silent as they hide behind a wall. When Spears, 34, walks into the frame, they both scream in unison at her, sending her to the floor — literally.
“Sean Preston!” she yells as she falls to the floor while gripping onto her white dress.
“My damn kids 😂,” the “Make Me …” singer captioned the video clip on Instagram.
Earlier this month, Spears told radio hosts at The Cooper Lawrence Show that she hopes her two little ones don’t grow up to be in show business, explaining that even though they think it’s “cool” that she’s a singer, they don’t fully understand her superstardom.
“I think the magnitude of it and the fame thing, I don’t think they’ve really comprehended what that would even be like,” she said in the September 1 interview. “Hopefully they never will, because it’s kind of [too] much.”
Instead, Spears prefers to enjoy quieter moments together, including a Pokemon-themed birthday party for her boys earlier this month.
“Big day for my boys! Double digits whoop whoop,” she gushed via Twitter on Monday, September 12.
