The Nashville actress, 26, who has a daughter, Kaya, 19 months, with fiancé Wladimir Klitschko, was seen sitting on a stoop, smoking a cigarette and reading the book Underboss: Sammy The Bull Gravano’s Story of Life in the Mafia. Panettiere was dressed in a plaid shirt, blue tights and Uggs, but was not wearing her engagement ring. Her rep has not yet responded to Us Weekly‘s request for comment.

“The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life,” she announced on Twitter on May 12. “Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!”

A few days afterward she was spotted at a treatment facility in Utah not wearing the huge diamond engagement ring that the Ukranian boxing champ gave her when he proposed in October 2013.

Her decision to check into rehab a second time came the same month that Nashville was canceled by ABC. The country music drama has since been picked up by CMT and Panettiere and costar Connie Britton are set to reprise their roles in the much-anticipated 22-episode fifth season.

The Heroes alum has been candid about her battle with postpartum depression, and spoke about her struggle during an appearance on Live! With Kelly & Michael in September 2015.

“It’s something a lot of women experience,” she said. “When [you’re told] about postpartum depression you think it’s ‘I feel negative feelings toward my child, I want to injure or hurt my child.’ I’ve never, ever had those feelings,” she said. “Some women do. But you don’t realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on. It’s something that needs to be talked about. Women need to know that they’re not alone, and that it does heal.”
