Party like it’s her birthday! Jenelle Evans celebrated her 24th birthday with her boyfriend, David Eason, on Saturday, December 19, at the Empire Hotel rooftop in NYC, and Us Weekly has the exclusive details.
The Teen Mom 2 star — who began dating Eason, 27, in September, and has since vacationed with him in St. Thomas and spent Thanksgiving with him — revealed that she has some big plans for 2016, including buying a new home, and going back to school.
“I’m looking forward to hopefully buying a house and having a bigger house for my family,” she tells Us. “I want to go back to school to be a surgical technician, so I’m going to try doing that in January.”
In the meantime, though, Evans says she’s excited to spend Christmas with her new man.
“We’re just going to stay here,” she reveals. “My mom’s going to go out of town and David is going to be there. We’ll have all the kids for Christmas, so it’s going to be fun!”
The mom of two — who shares son Kaiser, 17 months, with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith, and son Jace, 6, with ex Andre Lewis — also opened up about Eason.
“I feel like I’m with a man now, not a boy,” the reality star says. “He’s really good with the kids and he’s really good to his daughter. He’s a great dad. He has a job. He’s financially stable and emotionally stable, and he’s a great support system for me, and I need that in my life.”
So is an engagement in the cards for the happy couple?
“I don’t know,” the MTV star admits. “Maybe in the future, maybe in a year or two from now, but not anytime soon. I’m not pushing things at all.”
