Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar weren't kidding when they said they might have 200 grandkids! Just a couple of weeks after daughter Jill Duggar gave birth to her first child with husband Derick Dillard, TLC confirms to Us Weekly that Jessa Duggar is pregnant and expecting a baby of her own with husband Ben Seewald.

The 19 Kids and Counting star, 22, and Seewald, 19, said "I do" back in November 2014 in Bentonville, Ark. As per the family guidelines about courtship, they shared their first kiss at the wedding. (The Duggars have famously strict rules about dating; neither Jill nor Jessa even held hands with their spouses-to-be until after they were engaged.) After the nuptials, however, Jessa and Ben were open with their PDA, often sharing photos of themselves kissing or embracing via Instagram and Twitter. (One memorable kissing photo sparked quite the controversy among fans of the family.)

"We're definitely in love, and well on our way in this newlywed life," Jessa told Memphis' FM 100 in March. "And we're just loving it."

She added that they were "past the side hugs" and eager to follow in her parents' footsteps and have kids. "We're looking forward to starting a family, but we don't have any news to say yet," she said at the time.

She noted, too, that they might consider other ways of growing their brood. "We're looking forward to kids and also adoption is something we're really praying about," she shared. "You have to be married for two years before you can adopt."
