Backseat battle! Jessica Alba keeps up with the latest music — for family karaoke sessions! The Mechanic: Resurrection actress recently sat down exclusively with Us Weekly to talk about her daughters’ favorite tunes, and other ways she keeps them entertained.
“They are very girlie,” Alba, 34, mused of Honor, 6, and Haven, 3. “I have a playlist of songs that I know they all sing to and we can chat about it.”
She continued: “Haven likes ‘Fancy’ by Iggy Azalea, but we listen to the PG version of it! Honor likes ‘Bang Bang’ [by Jessie J]. They want to hear the same song four times in a row so it’s like, ‘It’s my turn to listen to the song again!'”
Alba and her husband Cash Warren met while filming 2005’s Fantastic Four (Warren, 36, was a production assistant) and wed in 2008. The couple keep busy with their businesses The Honest Company and Pair of Thieves, respectively, but somehow their kiddies seem to still be bored!
“We do a lot of educational apps and there’s also books that you can download and they’ll read to the kids and they’re interactive,” Alba, who’s also partnered with ZICO Coconut Water, told Us. She laughed: “But, of course, the makeover apps are their favorite. It’s like mermaid makeover.”
