What a tease! After watching Kim Kardashian struggle to get pregnant for the past year, fans saw the reality star, 34, reveal that she is once again expecting during a teaser clip at the end of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ midseason finale on Sunday, May 31.
In the brief reveal, Kardashian visited the fertility doctor yet again, but this time received some good news.
“I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!” she declared, grinning to her younger sister Khloe Kardashian.
With her daughter North West less than a month away from turning 2, Kardashian and her husband Kanye West have been vigorously trying for baby No. 2. In this season’s premiere the video game creator revealed that she and her rapper love have sex “500 times a day” in order to try to give their daughter a sibling.
