Double trouble! Meghan King Edmonds has given birth to twin boys with her husband, Jim Edmonds. The proud dad revealed the news in an Instagram Story on Wednesday, June 6.
“1 little foot each. They made it. Everyone is safe and healthy,” he captioned a pic of his arm with two ink footprints. “Pictures will come soon.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, 33, announced her pregnancy in November on the season 12 reunion. Meghan and Jim, who wed in October 2014, revealed they were expecting twins in December.
“We are very excited to expand our family by two bounding bundles of boys! “Aspen loves our dog, Girly Girl, and all her baby dolls, so we think she’ll be excited to be a big sister times two!” Meghan told Us in a statement on December 21. She later channeled Beyoncé’s 2017 pregnancy announcement and showed off her growing baby bump.
The reality TV personality and the 47-year-old former baseball pro, who has four children from previous relationships, welcomed daughter Aspen in November 2016. The couple documented her IVF journey and struggle to get pregnant on RHOC.
Meghan announced in January 2018 that she will not be returning to RHOC for season 13.
“After three seasons of the rollercoaster that is The Real Housewives of Orange County I’ve decided to hang up my OC Housewife hat,” she wrote in a lengthy blog post at the time. “I know this is what I must do. I must focus on my family and my pregnancy … I will miss the rush of the first all-cast event of the season, the anticipation of receiving each week’s episode, the thrill of wrapping the reunion … But I guess it’s time for me to become an actual real housewife of sorts. Oh, the irony!”
