Three's company for NCIS star Michael Weatherly! The actor, 44, is set to welcome his third child — his second with wife Bojana Jankovic — later this year, he told Entertainment Tonight.
"We're expanding the brand, and so I am pleased to announce…Bojana and I are indeed awaiting our second child [together]. We're very excited," he said, adding that the little bundle of joy would arrive "early in the fall."
The April 5 reveal came almost a year to the day after the couple welcomed daughter Olivia, who will be 12 months old on April 10. Weatherly, known to NCIS fans as Special Agent Tony DiNozzo, is also dad to 17-year-old August, his son with ex-wife Amelia Heinle of The Young and the Restless. They divorced in 1997, after which time he dated his Dark Angel costar Jessica Alba before marrying Jankovic in 2009.
The spouses of more than three years will no doubt have their hands full with two little ones in the house come fall, but Weatherly couldn't be happier about the news. "You know, sleep's overrated," he quipped.
