That's what happens when you go to work with mom! North West joined mom Kim Kardashian backstage at The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this week (for an appearance which aired on Wednesday, Sept. 30) — and the host made sure her little visitor felt totally at home in the greenroom!
While mom Kardashian prepared for her on-camera interview, little North, 2, got out the toys she'd brought along with her and laid them out on the backstage coffee table.
And soon she was joined by 57-year-old DeGeneres, who got down on her knees to join in the fun — holding North's miniature My Little Pony while the little tot brushed its hair with a hairbrush!
"Who saw @TheEllenShow today?" Kardashian asked fans as she shared the adorable photograph via Instagram late on Wednesday evening. "Well this is right before I went on…Northie & Ellen brushing My Little Pony's hair lol," she added.
The pregnant Kardashian sister's appearance on the show made headlines earlier in the day, when she spoke about her husband Kanye West's presidential plans ("He's serious," she insisted), and also discussed names for her future son.
“I do like the name Easton. Easton West,” she admitted while talking to DeGeneres. “I don't think my husband likes that name, but I do like it.”
