Hola, baby bump! Already in her third trimester, Penelope Cruz proudly showed off her growing baby bump as she stepped out in Madrid, Spain on Sunday, April 7.
The To Rome With Love actress, 38, is expecting her second child with husband Javier Bardem this summer. While out and about in Madrid, the Spanish star dressed casually in a tight see-through black sweater over a bright red shirt, leather jacket, jeans and wedge sneakers.
Last month, Cruz flaunted her pregnant belly and fit bod in a black bikini while vacationing in Barbados. The second-time mom-to-be had a smile on her face as she played with son Leo, 2, in the ocean.
In an interview with Vogue in 2011, Cruz said motherhood completely transformed her. "It is a revolutionary experience. That's the best way I can describe it," she said. "Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment -– when you see that face, you are transformed forever."
And Cruz will also soon be welcoming a little niece or nephew. Shortly before she confirmed her second pregnancy in February, her sister Monica Cruz announced she was expecting her first child via artificial insemination.
The Agent Provacateur model, 36, announced her pregnancy in a blog post in January 2013, explaining, "I wanted to talk about it because it is an opportunity to show my gratitude to all those anonymous donors that help a lot of women, like me, fulfill their lifetime dream."
