Duchess Kate was glowing when she emerged from the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London on Monday, April 23, about seven hours after giving birth to her third child with Prince William.

The 36-year-old looked stunning in a red Jenny Packham dress with white lace details that closely resembled the outfit that the late Princess Diana wore after welcoming Prince Harry in 1984. Kate’s go-to stylist Natasha Archer, who was spotted leaving the hospital earlier on Monday, likely helped perfect the Duchess of Cambridge’s blowout and makeup.

Kate previously wore dresses by Jenny Packham for her first two post-baby appearances. In July 2013, she stepped out on the steps of the same hospital in a blue and white polka-dot dress after giving birth to Prince George. In May 2015, she wore a yellow and white floral dress after the arrival of Princess Charlotte.

Earlier on Monday, William, 35, briefly left the hospital to pick up George, 4, and Charlotte, 2, at Kensington Palace so that they could meet their newborn brother for the first time. The young prince wore his navy Thomas’s Battersea uniform (he attended school as per usual in the morning), while his little sister donned an adorable blue floral dress topped with a navy cardigan.
The newborn prince (whose name has yet to be revealed) was born at 11:01 a.m. local time and weighed in at 8 pounds, 7 ounces.
“Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well,” said a spokesperson for Kensington Palace. “The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news.”
