Two months later, the former Bravo personality clapped back against criticism that she shouldn’t be away from her kids while her son Hart is in treatment in New Orleans. “When Hart had his therapy in L.A., I brought Aspen and Hayes out — my mom and a nanny did — for a week. It was pure pandemonium,” she explained on her Instagram Story. “Aspen and Hayes didn’t understand why I had to leave every day to be with Hart and spend literally over half the day with [him] only. They were totally knocked off their schedules. Hart was knocked off his … and he wasn’t able to focus on his therapy. Therefore, I made the very difficult decision to keep Aspen and Hayes in St. Louis while Hart and I went to New Orleans and focused on this. … Take your opinions and keep them to yourself because this whole thing sucks. Did I say that enough? It sucks. There’s no right answer and we’re trudging through this the best we can. So let me be. Give me a little space.”
In December 2019, Meghan defended her decision to let Aspen sleep in her crib at 3 years old. “This girl is a firecrackin individual and I challenge any of you to challenge her,” the Missouri native wrote on Instagram at the time.
The former Bravo personality star defended her decision to let her daughter eat a melatonin gummy from her purse in February 2020, telling Us exclusively: “It is completely safe. … In fact, the recommended dosage for this particular brand of melatonin for kids is two gummies and I let her have one.”
In February 2020, the Missouri native defended a lingerie selfie on Instagram in February 2020, writing, “PS To all the ‘Nancys in Nebraska’: as you become overly concerned with a stranger just remember ima still do me. Brb gotta go live my best life byeeeee.”
