The mom-to-be got a surprise when she learned she was actually one month further along — at 28 weeks — than she thought. “I will never understand pregnancy math,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories on January 30. “I thought I was officially 6 months today but now I’m 7? Lol. She’s coming so soon!!!!” Shay also shared a naked pic of her growing bump writing, “3rd trimester here we gooooooo.”
