On July 7, the “Make Me” singer slipped into hot pink boy shorts and a blue bra top during a trip to the gym where she showed off both her acrobatic skills and taut tummy. “I love handstands!” she captioned the pic.
Aside from posting sizzling snapshots of herself mid–sweat session, the single mom of Sean Preston, 10, and Jayden James, 9, often struts her stuff on social media in an array of swimsuits. As proof, the Las Vegas headliner shared a short video of herself dancing in a teeny-tiny tangerine two-piece while at the beach March 4. “Happy Friday!” she wrote at the time.
Though it’s been nearly two decades since Spears burst onto the music scene at age 16 and captivated fans by flashing her midriff in barely there ensembles, the superstar has recently snapped back into “I’m a Slave 4 U” shape. What’s her secret?
“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,” she explained of her fitness regimen to Women’s Health in December 2014. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights; body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and situps; then finish it off with a stretch.”
