JoJo Fletcher’s diet and exercise routine is just as laid-back as she is. The season 12 Bachelorette star revealed her chill approach to dieting and worked her beach-ready bod in an itty-bitty bikini behind the scenes of Us Weekly’s recent shoot with the ABC personality.
“Dieting is hard for me,” Fletcher tells Us in the new issue, on newsstands now. “I love food too much. … I love Mexican food and truffle mac ’n’ cheese — anything cheesy!”
That said, the 25-year-old Texas native does try to eat healthy. “I cook more now that I’m getting older, because you can’t eat out every single day,” she adds. “It’s easy to grill a piece of chicken and steam broccoli. I eat healthy, and then I’ll have a cheat day.”
She also works up a sweat to maintain her svelte physique.
“Growing up I played basketball and volleyball, and I ran track. Now I go to the gym a couple times a week,” Fletcher dished. “I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes.” She also loves to take her workouts outside.
“I’ll take my dog [Jackson, a German shorthaired pointer] to the park and run with him. That counts!”
