Alyssa's angel is here! Alyssa Milano has given birth to her second child, her rep confirms to Us Weekly. The Mistresses actress and her husband David Bugliari welcomed baby girl Elizabella Dylan Bugliari on Thursday, Sept. 4. The new bundle of joy — who weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and measures 19.5 inches long — now joins big brother Milo, who turned 3 in August.

"Mommy and baby are doing wonderfully," the rep says.

Us broke news in March that Milano, 41, and the CAA agent, 33, were expecting another little one. "Alyssa is so excited to be pregnant again!" a source told Us at the time. "She just recently started showing and has wanted to expand her family with David for a while."

One month earlier, the Who's the Boss? alum opened up about trying to conceive a sibling for Milo. "We are actively trying," she said on Access Hollywood. "There are very natural moments. It's not like we're machines or biological experiments. We're very attracted to each other."

Milano announced that she and Bugliari — married since 2009 — were "expecting a little sweet baby girl" in a video on her website on May 15. She often snapped pictures of her growing baby bump via Instagram during the pregnancy, and continued to work on her ABC drama Mistresses.

Milano's second pregnancy started off rough, but getting sick convinced her she was expecting a daughter. "I had morning sickness this time, but it went away right at 12 weeks," she said in the August/September issue of Fit Pregnancy. "With Milo, I didn't have a minute of morning sickness. So I knew it was going to be a girl."

As for waiting to have children in her 40s, Milano has no regrets. "I loved waiting a long time to be a mom. I'd had my ladies' lunches and my shopping days," she explained to the mag. "When Milo finally came, I thought — this is what I've waited for my entire life. I wish I could sleep more, but it's not like I wish there were other things I could be doing socially or for my own benefit. Because I really feel like he's completed me."
