According to the site, Heard, 30, got into an altercation with Tasya van Ree at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on September 14, 2009. The Danish Girl actress was allegedly booked for misdemeanor domestic violence after grabbing van Ree’s arm.

TMZ obtained audio of Heard in court one day after the incident. The prosecutor declined to move forward and Heard could allegedly be heard saying “thank you” to the judge.

As previously reported, Heard was granted a restraining order against Depp, 52, late last month, just days after filing for divorce after more than a year of marriage. In court documents, she alleged that Depp abused her during her April 21 birthday party and threw a cellphone at her on May 21. Some of Depp’s loved ones and famous friends have stood by the actor amid the news. Heard’s legal team particularly slammed Depp’s comedian friend Doug Stanhope for alleging that the actress was blackmailing Depp.

“It is highly offensive and disturbing that you would choose to publish it in the first place,” Peter Sample, a lawyer for Heard, wrote in a letter to The Wrap on May 31. “[It] has no basis in reality and is nothing but the typical celebrity muckraking for profit.” On June 3, Heard filed a defamation lawsuit against Stanhope, calling his remarks “highly defamatory.”
