Finally hitched! After more than a decade together, Amy Adams and her longtime love Darren Le Gallo exchanged vows over the weekend of May 2, Us Weekly can confirm.
The Oscar-nominated actress, 40, has been in a relationship with the artist since 2001. The lovebirds got engaged in April 2008, but made clear that they were in no rush to tie the knot. Two years after Adams accepted Le Gallo's proposal, she welcomed the couple's first child, daughter Aviana, who turns 5 later this month.
"I'm not getting married anytime soon," Adams told Vanity Fair in 2013. She voiced a similar sentiment in a chat with Allure that same year, explaining of the couple's plans, "We both have a very specific idea that we want to do this [the ceremony] in spring or fall, like in those months, but every time I'm busy working. I want something very family oriented and laid-back."
Adams' filming schedule has been slightly less hectic as of late, following her celebrated turn in 2014's Big Eyes. The American Hustle star has no movies coming out in 2015, but will next hit the big screen in the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice alongside Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, and Jesse Eisenberg, among others.
