She’s his honeybee! Blake Shelton gushed over girlfriend Gwen Stefani during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, December 2.
“I love talking about Gwen,” the country superstar, 40, told host Ellen DeGeneres. “It’s been an eye-opener to be with someone like her.”
Shelton and Stefani, 47, met during season 7 of The Voice. In November 2015, her rep confirmed exclusively to Us Weekly that the pair were dating.
“She’s literally maybe the most normal person that I have ever met in my life,” Shelton told DeGeneres, 58. “It’s been good for me to be with somebody that’s so grounded and just a good human being with a great heart.”
He added: “She’s hot!”
Shelton and the No Doubt frontwoman leaned on each other following their respective summer 2015 divorces from Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale.
“Gwen saved my life,” Shelton told Billboard magazine in July. “Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician? You can’t even imagine the similarities in our divorces.”
