Feeling blessed! Blake Shelton spent Thanksgiving apart from new girlfriend Gwen Stefani, but his Voice costar was firmly on his mind.
Talking to Entertainment Tonight before the live episode on Monday, Nov. 30, of the duo's hit music program, the recently divorced country star opened up about his feelings for his new love.
"I'm thankful for Gwen for tons of reasons," Shelton, 39, told the outlet, "but mostly because she makes us all look a whole lot better on this show."
He also revealed that he'd been blown away by her latest live-show fashion choice.
"Wait ‘til you see!" he gushed about his 46-year-old new squeeze's outfit. "I saw what she's going to be wearing for this performance tonight; it's stunning," he added. "It's so beautiful."
And it's not just Shelton who's on cloud nine since starting his relationship with Stefani. According to their fellow coach Pharrell Williams, Stefani's feeling pretty great about life right now too.
"I am grateful that Gwen is in the most free place that I feel like she's ever been since I've known her as a human being," Williams, 42, shared. "Not just creatively, but just as a human being, she's floating right now."
Shelton and Stefani reunited on Monday, Nov. 30, after their separate Thanksgiving celebrations, carpooling to work together, with the former No Doubt frontwoman in the driver's seat.
As Us Weekly previously reported, although Shelton invited his new girlfriend and her sons — Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 21 months — to spend Thanksgiving in Oklahoma with him, the mom-of-three decided to put the kids first and spent the holiday weekend at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif.
