Brian Austin Green is asking Megan Fox to pay up. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum filed documents on Tuesday, Sept. 29, seeking spousal support from his estranged wife, TMZ reports. Green is also seeking joint custody of their two kids, Noah, 3, and Bodhi, 18 months.
Green’s filing comes more than a month after Fox filed for divorce from her husband of five years. According to TMZ, Green, 42, is seeking spousal support due to his inability to work as much as Fox as he suffers from vertigo.
Us Weekly exclusively revealed the couple had called it quits on their marriage this past August after more than 10 years together. On Aug. 21 Fox, 29, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and listing their separation date as June 15.
“Things had been rocky,” a source told Us, adding that Fox has a tendency to do her own thing and is extremely “independent.”
“They’re on friendly terms for the sake of their kids,” another source told Us at the time of Fox’s filing. “They just want to do their own things.”
