A promo for Bruce Jenner‘s much anticipated sit-down interview with Diane Sawyer has aired on TV!
The quick 15-second-clip premiered during ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, April 9, and while the video reveals pretty much nothing about Sawyer and Jenner’s chat, the promo is certainly a tease!
“Friday, April 24 on ABC, Bruce Jenner, The Interview,” the dramatic voice-over announces as it introduces (mainly blurred) snap shots from the program. “The journey, the decisions, the future, the Diane Sawyer exclusive.”
As Us Weekly reported previously, Kylie and Kendall Jenner‘s dad will discuss his transition from male to female in the two-hour special. Sawyer has been chosen for the interview due to her support for, and strong links with, the LGBT community.
Amidst his transition, sources tell Us that Jenner, 65, has the full support of his 10 children and stepchildren, including stepdaughters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, daughters Kendall and Kylie, and sons Brody and Brandon.
“They all have become protective of him and just want him to live the way he wants,” one insider told Us.
Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian told Entertainment Tonight that her dad was “the happiest” she’d ever seen him. “I think he’ll share whenever the time is right,” she remarked of his ongoing physical transformation. “I feel like that’s his journey to talk about.”
