For Real Housewives of New Jersey's Caroline Manzo, family will always come first.
As a new clip from Sunday's Housewives reunion shows, Manzo admits that she may currently be at odds with her sister, Dina, but is certain their rift is only temporary.
"We'll be fine one day," Caroline tells reunion host Andy Cohen of her relationship with her sister and one-time Housewives costar, an ally of RHONJ's Teresa Giudice. "If she has to hate me for a while, hate me, but I'm not going to hit back."
Though Caroline had hoped to conceal her strained relationship with Dina, the Manzo family matriarch wrote on her BravoTV.com blog that costar Giudice "tried numerous times throughout the season and through her blogs to reveal it. She finally had her moment at the reunion."
"Did she think I would deny it?" Caroline wrote of Giudice, who also declared her "as Italian as the Olive Garden" and slammed her son Christopher's career aspirations. "Congratulations, Teresa, the only thing you succeeded in doing was hurting my parents. What a fool I've been in my efforts to bring your family together when it was your intent to destroy mine from the start. Shame on you."
Dina, however, insists Giudice did not come between her and her sister.
"Please refrain from making assumptions. I didn't take any sides," Dina wrote on her Facebook page Monday. "Teresa has nothing to do with my relationship with my sister. I had no idea of their discord until very recently."
One thing the sisters do agree on is the fact that they'll be as thick as thieves again someday.
"I'm sure in time [it] will mend itself," Dina says of their bond. "To quote a favorite saying of mine, 'This too shall pass.'"
Part two of Real Housewives of New Jersey's reunion airs Sunday at 10 p.m. (EST) on Bravo.
