Captain America vs. Star-Lord! Chris Evans and Chris Pratt waged a bet against each other leading up to the Super Bowl XLIX game on Sunday, Feb. 1, and it’ll be Pratt who will have to follow through with his agreement.
Evans, who is a die-hard Patriots fan, bet the Jurassic Park hunk and Seahawks fan that if his team won then Pratt would have to visit a children’s hospital wearing a Tom Brady jersey.
"@prattprattpratt them's fightin words. Stakes? #whatisaseahawkanyway #somethingtombradyhunts,” Evans tweeted Anna Faris’ hubby before the 28 to 24 win and after a handful of Twitter exchanges about their teams. The Parks and Recreation star then responded: "@ChrisEvans OK. Seahawks win you fly yourself to Seattle, visit @seattlechildren hospital as Captain America, waving the 12th man flag." Challenge accepted, Evans replied: “I accept. And when the Patriots humiliate your seachickens, I expect Star-Lord to arrive at @chris_haven in a Brady jersey."

During what ended up being an intense game, the two actors and pals shared selfies via Twitter looking more amped up than ever. “Let's go #12s #JurassicWorld trailer #twitterbowl #Psalm126:3 #12sEverywhere #TomBradysBeautifulSkin #LOB #SuperBowl,” Pratt, 35, captioned a snap of themselves.
After Brady’s team took the win during the final quarter, Evans, 33, surprised followers by revealing they will be visiting both hospitals after all.
“So much to say!! WHAT A GAME!!!!! Thank you to the Patriots organization for giving me more amazing memories than any fan could ever ask for. Thank you to @prattprattpratt for being a good sport. I'll be there with you at @chris_haven, and don't worry @seattlechildren, we'll be coming there too!,” he tweeted. “And lastly, I don't think anyone can ever doubt the mental toughness of Tom Brady. Tough couple weeks, but he showed why he's the greatest of all time. #PSIdonthearyounow #anyballanytime."
While the boys got hyped up, Faris herself was still trying to grasp the game. The Mom star shared a serious-looking photo of herself with Pratt explaining football with beers and fruit and the caption: “Trying to explain the strategy #Superbowl."
