Hallelujah! Ciara and Russell Wilson joked in a Snapchat video on Thursday, July 7, about finally having sex with each other. The pair, who vowed to abstain until they were married, tied the knot during a romantic ceremony in England on Wednesday, July 6.
“So, baby, you know what we’re doing tonight,” the “Goodies” singer, 30, tells her new husband, 27, in the video. In the background, Wilson can be heard saying, “And what we did last night, I want to do multiple times.” Ciara also flashes her giant new diamond wedding bands in the clip.
The giddy Mr. and Mrs. waited until marriage to have sex for religions reasons. “For me, I knew that God had brought me in her life to bless her and for her to bless me,” Wilson, a devout Christian, previously explained of their decision. “We’re not going to be perfect, by any means. But He’s anointed both of us and He’s calling for us to do something special.”
Ciara stunned during the ceremony in a custom-made Cavalli Couture long-sleeve gown. Her gorgeous dress was composed of white tulle with floral motifs throughout and delicate glass beading. Wilson opted for a custom Armani tux.
“We are The Wilsons!” both stars announced on Instagram on Wednesday, July 6, after saying “I do” at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool before their famous pals, including bridesmaids La La Anthony and Kelly Rowland.
The Seattle Seahawks quarterback proposed to the songstress with a massive 16-carat ring during a romantic vacation in Seychelles last March.
Wilson was previously married to Ashton Meem, from 2012 to 2014. Ciara was engaged to Future prior to their August 2014 split. The exes share 2-year-old son Future Jr.
