Cindy Crawford Goes Without Makeup for UNICEF: See Her Flawless #WakeUpCall Photo

Cindy Crawford takes a selfie without makeup on twitter
For the cause! In honor of the #WakeUpCall campaign, Cindy Crawford posted a selfie without makeup on Twitter on Oct. 27.

She woke up like this!

On Monday, Oct. 27, Cindy Crawford posted a photo of herself, tucked into bed without a stitch of makeup on her face. But it wasn't just a chance for the supermodel to show off what a stunning face she still has!

Crawford, 48, posted the selfie to help bring awareness to the #WakeUpCall campaign, a UNICEF social media charity campaign that benefits children in Syria.

Perhaps it was her philanthropic efforts that made her appear even more radiant! The model, who recently jetted to Venice to attend good friend George Clooney's wedding, looked essentially wrinkle-free, with her signature bold brows, tousled locks, and picture-perfect mole all on gorgeous display.

How does she do it? The brunette stunner turns to Dr. Sebagh, co-founder of her Meaningful Beauty skin care line, for the best beauty advice. "He's all about maintenance, which isn't sexy, but the biggest tip from him isn't a product you put on your face," she revealed.

The real trick to ageless beauty, Crawford says, starts with your diet. "[Dr. Sebagh] says to pick a weight that you can maintain and stay there. Don't pick your skinniest weight because that's not maintainable," the mom of two explained. "And don't yo-yo, because that's not good for the elasticity of your skin. Just try to stay within five pounds of your weight."

While her regimen is clearly working, Crawford isn’t the only celeb fearless enough to go without makeup for the cause! Josh Groban, Anna Kendrick, Naomi Campbell, and Liam Neeson are just a few celebrities who have tweeted early-morning selfies from their cozy beds to spread awareness.

And there should be more to come! A la the extremely popular ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this summer, Crawford nominated her friends via the tweet to participate, too: Christy Turlington, as well as makeup moguls Sonia Kashuk and Cassandra Grey.
