Pro golfer Dustin Johnson has been suspended from the PGA Tour after testing positive for cocaine, Golf.com reports. The athlete, Paulina Gretzky's fiance, announced his leave of absence from the sport on Thursday, July 31.

"I will use this time to seek professional help for personal challenges I have faced," he said in a statement. "By committing the time and resources necessary to improve my mental health, physical well-being and emotional foundation, I am confident that I will be better equipped to fulfill my potential and become a consistent champion."

The 30-year-old is suspended for six months and will be sitting out from the PGA Championship and the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup playoff series. Last year, Johnson took home $1.1 million when he won the PGA Tour opener in Kapalua, Hawaii.

Johnson and 25-year-old Gretzky, Wayne Gretzky's daughter, began dating in early 2013. They announced their engagement last August.
