Much more than just a showmance! Former Dancing With the Stars partners Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec are engaged, Johnson’s rep confirms to Us Weekly.
“Kim is overjoyed!” a source tells Us. “Robert adores her, and they are the sweetest couple. All of their friends are so happy for them!”
The Dancing With the Stars pro, 39, and the Shark Tank judge, 53, started dating shortly before the season 20 premiere of the dance competition in March 2015.
“He’s such a great guy,” Johnson gushed to Us Weekly in May. “We love spending time together.”
After Herjavec proposed, they celebrated at a surprise party with Carson Kressley, Cheryl Burke and several more of their close friends, according to the source.
Johnson shared her excitement in an Instagram post on Sunday, writing, “I never thought a year ago I’d meet someone who would change my life completely! I’m the luckiest girl in the world because last night the love of my life @robert_herjavec asked me to marry him and I said yes!”
Johnson has never been married but was previously engaged to Australian cricket player Shane Watson. Herjavec separated from wife Diane Plese in July 2014; they share three children — Caprice, Skye and Brendan.
