Eva Mendes was spotted in public for the first time on Saturday, Nov. 1, in Los Angeles, since welcoming daughter Esmeralda with boyfriend Ryan Gosling on Sept. 12.
The Hitch actress, 40, looked trimmer than ever in a black button-up cardigan, paired with rolled up slacks and brown boots while on set of a commercial.
But, wait, there’s more! On the same day, Mendes also rocked a cropped maroon jacket and polka dot dress from her collection with New York & Company with the same brown boots. She kept her makeup minimal and wore her long brown hair down in voluminous waves.
Although it’s just been six weeks, Mendes seems to have bounced back to her pre-baby body quickly — which was all part of her healthy pregnancy plan.
“It wasn’t about vanity, it was about being healthy,” a source tells Us Weekly. “She was pretty conscious during the pregnancy, and it made the exercising after easier.”
