Giuliana Rancic “Will Win” Breast Cancer Fight, Vows Husband Bill

There's a lot of love in the world for Giuliana Rancic.

Since the 37-year-old E! News host broke the news Monday morning on NBC's Today Show that she had breast cancer, there's been an outpouring of support from stars and fans alike.

Her hubby Bill, 40, tweeted Monday: "Thank you for all your love and support today. G is reading all your messages. She will win this fight, I PROMISE, and be back better than ever."

Her "E! family" released a statement that they were sending their "love and support" to Giuliana and applauded her "for sharing her recent breast cancer diagnosis in the hope that it will encourage women everywhere to take necessary and preventative measures."

"Giuliana has chosen to talk about her breast cancer on E! News [Monday night] prior to her lumpectomy later this week," E!'s statement said. "We are grateful that thanks to early detection Giuliana is expected to have a swift and complete recovery."

The Style Network, which airs the couple's reality show Giuliana & Bill, echoed E!'s sentiments with their own statement: "We are sending our thoughts, love and support to Giuliana, Bill and their families during this difficult time. Giuliana has always shown great strength and courage in sharing her challenges with health issues facing so many women. We are hopeful that with the early detection she will have a complete recovery and that her personal journey will continue to be an inspiration and education for women everywhere."

In addition to countless fans sending their well wishes to Giuliana, celebs took to Twitter to send their support. Bravo's Andy Cohen sent "a lot of love to Giuliana Rancic," while Angie Harmon tweeted, "We all support you 100 percent! You are not alone and we all love you. You and yours are in our prayers!"

"It puts everything in perspective," Bethenny Frankel said. "Giuliana and Bill, love and prayers are with you."

Giuliana's Fashion Police cohost Kelly Osbourne tweeted: "I just want you to know I love you and that I'm thinking of you. You are a strong woman and you're gong to beat the sh*t out of this cancer!"

"Take a second to send good wishes to Giuliana Rancic," Ryan Seacrest tweeted. "She's had a tough couple of days. We'll all be with you through surgery, Jules! Love you."

Lea Michele sent her love via the microblogging site, echoing Osbourne and pointing out that Giuliana is "a very strong woman."
