"Heidi has an amazing career across multiple media platforms, and has built a brand that is a force in the entertainment business," said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Late Night Programming at NBC. The first-ever fourth judge on AGT, Klum is the latest addition to the talent competition, which saw the departure of Sharon Osbourne following season seven. (In a public dispute with the network, Sharon had claimed the network fired her son, Jack, after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.)
