(E! was first to report the news.) The We're the Millers actress headed to the L.A. eatery with close friends, but one person was noticeably absent — fiance Justin Theroux. "It was all her friends," an insider tells Us of the intimate night out. The source adds it was a "mellow fun dinner" and the birthday girl "was happy" to be there.
Aniston was joined by her commercial agent Todd Shemarya, Tobey Maguire's wife Jen Meyer, and former Friends costar and BFF Courteney Cox. As for Theroux? He was back in NYC — where he's filming his new HBO show The Leftovers — partying with newly-single Orlando Bloom. The friends attended an event for the motorcycle club and clothing company Deth Killers of Bushwick.
Aniston and her hot beau, 42, have been keeping busy on opposite coasts recently. On Feb. 10, the actress interviewed iconic feminist Gloria Steinem at the very first Makers Conference in Ranchos Palos Verdes, Calif. (The actress rocked a "T" necklace at the event, a possible nod to her future last name.)
Theroux's days away from his fiancee, however, have been a bit more tough, as he's been mourning the loss of his late friend Philip Seymour Hoffman. He was photographed paying his respects to Hoffman's estranged partner Mimi O'Donnell at her NYC apartment on Feb. 3, and attended the Oscar winner's funeral at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in Manhattan's Upper East Side on Feb. 7.
