Way to make a big day bigger! Jennifer Hudson made one couple’s wedding infinitely more memorable when she crashed their ceremony on Wednesday, July 8 — and sang them a rousing rendition of her current single “I Still Love You.”
After the grooms, Chris and Scott, had exchanged their vows, they and their loved ones watched a congratulatory video that Hudson had sent to commemorate their happy day. The American Idol alum then emerged onstage at the W Hotel in Dallas to say congratulations in real life.

“Congrats to Chris and Scott!” she captioned a later Instagram post. “They said girl where the hell u come from!”
The 33-year-old stunner wore a skintight black-and-white checkered dress and sky-high heels for the occasion.

Hudson has been vocal about her support of marriage equality in the past. She is currently working with Turn It Up For Change, a marriage equality campaign sponsored by W Hotels. And just last month, the singer released her music video for “I Still Love You,” which features two men preparing for their wedding day.
“I just think the concept was just powerful to go with such a positive song,” she told MTV of the video’s premise. “It’s about love and everyone should have love and have the right to love who they want to love.”
