The slimmed down star showed off those incredibly toned, muscular legs in floral running shorts while visiting celeb-loved Lancer Dermatology in Beverly Hills on June 25.
Simpson, 33, paired the workout wear with a black zip-up jacket and bright sneakers. She swept her hair into a ponytail and carried a black purse and black shopping bag from the doctor's office.
The visit to Dr. Lancer may be part of the Weight Watchers spokesperson's pre-wedding prep. As Us Weekly has reported, the mom to Maxwell, 2, and Ace, 11 months, is set to wed fiance Eric Johnson over July 4th weekend.
Simpson wouldn't be the only famous bride-to-be to visit the dermatologist in recent months. Kim Kardashian received the $500 stem cell facial a week before her wedding on May 24 to Kanye West. "Kim's longtime aesthetician Louise Deschamps has been giving Kim stem cell facials for years," a source told Us.
