Nothing to see here! After her bizarre, slurred HSN appearance on Sept. 17, fashion designer Jessica Simpson returned to business as normal — aka she posted a series of adorable family photos on Instagram.
On Saturday, Sept. 19, Simpson, 35, first shared a throwback photo with her godson Dylan, the son of her pal Erin Alexander, with the caption, “Happy 8th birthday Dylan! You taught me the truth of love at the very moment you were born. #godson #growinguptoofast @erinleealex thank you for being an awesome example of motherhood.”
She then moved on to her 3-year-old daughter, Maxwell Drew, who looks stunning in a striped dress with her long blonde locks. Things got silly when Simpson posted a goofy picture of her 2-year-old son, Ace Knute, dancing with his dad, Eric Johnson.
“Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It… #aceknutejohnson and Daddy,” the former recording artist captioned the beach photo.
Following Simpson’s awkward HSN episode, the network president Bill Brand spoke to Entertainment Tonight about his guest.
“Of course she wasn’t drunk,” Brand said. “[She was] a top-notch professional.”
