These two lovebirds! Johnny Depp and Amber Heard hit the red carpet premiere of Black Mass at the 2015 Venice Film Festival on Friday, Sept. 4, and naturally, the ultra-glam newlyweds could not have stunned harder in their black-tie ensembles.
Depp, 52, looked especially dapper at the premiere of his latest film, in which he plays Boston crime lord James “Whitey” Bulger. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor donned a three-piece navy-blue tuxedo, which he teamed a bow-tie and patent shoes, all by Dior Homme.
Meanwhile, his wife of seven months, Heard, 29, made jaws drop in an elegant Stella McCartney gown with a plunging sweetheart neckline. The Magic Mike XXL actress added a stack of golden bangles, a Bulgari clutch, and Christian Louboutin platform peep-toes for the date night, which involved plenty of red carpet cuddling.
But they weren’t the only lovey-dovey couple at the fete! Diane Kruger, a member of the festival’s jury, and her longtime boyfriend, Joshua Jackson, also stepped out. Not only did the German actress look divine in her oxblood cocktail dress, complete with a structured, oversized bow at the waist, but she, too, could not resist cozying up to her actor love of nine years on the red carpet.
