Scandal by day, rock star by night. Just hours after a judge granted Amber Heard’s request for a domestic-violence restraining order, Johnny Depp took the stage at Rock in Rio Lisboa to perform with his band the Hollywood Vampires.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor, 52, puffed on a small cigar as he strummed his guitar on stage at the Portugal festival alongside bandmates Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Duff McKagen on Friday, May 27.

Depp looked stony and somber throughout much of the gig, but managed to briefly crack a smile as one audience member held up a sign that read, “Johnny my [heart] is beating for you.”

The Hollywood Vampires performed a lengthy set of 21 songs, most of which were covers of classic hits by David Bowie, the Who and the Beatles.

As Us Weekly previously reported, Heard, 30, was granted a temporary restraining order against the Alice Through the Looking Glass star on Friday morning. She appeared at a Los Angeles courthouse with a visible bruise on her face, just one day after she accused the actor of domestic violence.

The Danish Girl actress accused Depp of physically assaulting her on her birthday in April and again on Saturday, May 21, when he allegedly “wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher” and threw a cellphone at her face.

Heard — who filed for divorce on Monday, May 23 — also claimed on Friday that the actor has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse and even showed up “inebriated and high” on her birthday.

Depp’s rep told Us on Thursday that the Golden Globe winner hopes that the divorce “will be resolved quickly.”

“Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life,” the rep said in a statement.

Earlier this week, police told Us Weekly that, despite Heard’s claims, they didn’t find any evidence that warranted a report when they were called to the couple’s Los Angeles home on Saturday, May 21.
