On what would have been the 38th birthday of Ryan Dunn, his Jackass pals Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, and Bam Margera remembered their late friend via social media on Thursday, June 11.
"My mom and Ryan Dunn were both born on June 11," Steve-O wrote on his Facebook page, alongside a split of his late mother and old friend. "Happy Birthday, I love and miss you both…"
Dunn tragically died at age 34 in a drunken car crash in West Goshen Township, Pa., on June 20, 2011. The daredevil was driving at least 130 miles an hour with twice the legal blood alcohol level when he drove his Porsche 911 GT3 off the road and crashed. Dunn and a passenger were both killed in the fiery incident.
Knoxville shared a tribute via Instagram and Twitter on Thursday. "Happy Birthday Ryan Dunn," he wrote, alongside a pic of Dunn photobombing a crowd of fans. "I miss you buddy. Love, Knox."

In a November 2011 MTV tribute, Dunn's Jackass costars shared the best characteristics of Dunn. "He was willing to do whatever it takes [to make people laugh]," Margera said of his longtime pal. "[He was] fearless, self-deprecating…I think we liked hearing people say that we're crazy."
