Katy Perry has already channeled Kris Jenner with a pixie cut, and appeared in the momager’s birthday music video, but on Wednesday, Nov. 18, the pair took their mutual admiration a step further and hung out together.
“It’s us again!!!!” Jenner, 60, captioned an Instagram pic that showed the “This Is How We Do” singer giving her a kiss on the cheek. “Love you @katyperry fun night #BFF’s #shinanigans.”
The photo looks as if it were taken in the kitchen of Jenner’s L.A. home.
Jenner expressed her admiration for Perry, 31, on Instagram back in March after they hung out on a yacht at Karl Lagerfeld’s dinner for Chanel in NYC, along with Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Dakota Johnson.
Two days later, Perry looked like she was twinning with the mother of six, debuting a shorter ‘do on Instagram on April 1 and captioning the pic, “I asked for the Kris Jenner.”
She rocked the cropped style at the Met Gala the following month, and told Entertainment Tonight, “Kris Jenner is very important to me.”
“That is not sarcastic at all,” she added. “She has a great sense of humor and she’s kind of like the mother of everyone.”
And when Kris celebrated her landmark birthday earlier this month, Perry took part in the Kardashian girls’ recreation of Jenner’s 30th birthday music video. “Who gives a f–k how old you are?” Perry says in the video. “Because you’ll be forever young to me.”
