The Fashion Police host spent the July 4 holiday weekend partying in London with the bearded British model, dining at Claridge's and dancing at dad Ozzy Osbournes's Black Sabbath gig in Hyde Park.
After a non-stop weekend, the 29-year-old decided to go public with her new romance in her typically flamboyant style, posting the picture of herself and Hall sharing a passionate open-mouthed kiss, captioned "#TasteGood."
Last month, a source told Us Weekly that Osbourne had been “hooking up” with Puff Daddy’s stepson Quincy Combs, but even at the time, the source revealed that the TV star had her eye on tattooed model Hall.
"He's got a huge beard which Kelly finds really sexy," one source told Us in June. "She's definitely interested in seeing where it goes with him."

Osbourne's new romance comes six months after Us exclusively broke news that that her engagement to fiance Matthew Mosshart was over.
"The pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another," Osbourne's rep told Us in January. "Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings."
