They got a whole lot of history! Exes Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles were spotted getting dinner together at L.A. hot spot Ysabel on Thursday, September 1.
“They’re friends. They didn’t stop being friends. He’s spent the past seven months working really hard, so right now all he wants to do is spend time with his mates again,” a pal close to the British singer tells Us Weekly.
“They’re not fully back on, but they did hang out and had a quasi dinner date,” a second source adds. “She was, of course, superhappy, bubbly and excited that he got back in touch with her.”
Jenner, 20, and the former One Direction rocker, 22, met up again the next two days. They were spotted in front of Mel’s Diner on Sunset Boulevard around midnight on Friday. “They got food to go. They were alone and looked relaxed and chill,” an onlooker tells Us. “I only saw them hug and he had his hand around her waist!”
They seemed just as close at Malibu’s Nobu on Saturday. The pair were accompanied by two bodyguards during the night out. “It looked like they were on a honeymoon because they were literally looking into each other’s eyes and talking and laughing,” an onlooker tells Us.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and Styles have reunited on several occasions since briefly dating in 2013. In December 2015, the pair vacationed together in Anguilla in the Eastern Caribbean.
“Her appearance in the [Victoria’s Secret] fashion show is what drew him back to her,” a source told Us at the time. “All of his friends were saying how hot and amazing she looked.”
Back in January, the model and Styles sparked reconciliation rumors again when they went to St. Bart’s. “Do I think they’re dating? Yes,” Jenner’s sister Khloé Kardashian told Entertainment Tonight that month. “I don’t know if they’re, like, boyfriend-girlfriend.”
Styles, who signed a contract with Columbia Records in June, previously dated Taylor Swift. (Swift recruited Jenner and several other A-list pals to join her on stage during her 1989 world tour in London in June 2015.) Last month, Us exclusively revealed that Jenner is “full-on dating” rapper A$AP Rocky.
