Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom aren’t getting back together anytime soon, a source tells Us Weekly. In fact, Kardashian and a more recent love, James Harden, are “trying to work on their relationship,” the insider explains.
“As of now, Khloe and Lamar are not romantically together,” the insider explains of the estranged spouses, who were reunited after Odom was found unconscious at legal brothel Love Ranch South on Oct. 13. “Khloe and James are trying to stay in each other’s lives. Each day is something different, but they’re trying to see if they can still be together.”
As previously reported, Kardashian and Harden, who first stepped out together in Las Vegas back in July, took a brief break while the KUWTK reality star tended to Odom at the hospital.
On Oct. 21, Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge to withdraw her divorce filing. According to a source, the decision was made due to the current “delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe” and with the intent to “put everything on hold” right now.
Kardashian stayed at the hospital with Odom, even riding in the helicopter with him as he was airlifted to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai on Oct. 19.
Kardashian as slowly been returning to normalcy. The 31-year-old resumed content on her app and website and attended pregnant sister Kim Kardashian’s baby shower on Sunday.
“It’s all been so draining and emotional,” another source previously told Us, while the first maintains that “Khloe will help throughout his recovery, but it’s unclear what the end plan is.”
