Talk about dedication. Fitness fanatic Khloé Kardashian revealed via her website that she uses a “sex calculator” to determine how many calories she’s burning while having sex.
“I’m all about having fun with fitness and it's the best way to stay motivated to work out. I had my team put together a list of sex positions that burn the most calories, because what's more fun than getting down??? LOL,” the reality star, 31, shared. “I even found this ‘sex calculator’ that tells you exactly how many calories are burned between the sheets based on your gender, weight, position, style (‘slow,’ ‘frisky’ or ‘fast and furious,’ haha) and time frame.”
The Kocktails With Khloé host, who is still legally married to Lamar Odom, went into detail about which positions burn the most calories — and which she’s most into.
According to Kardashian, a woman “of average height and weight” will burn 40 calories while in the missionary position for 15 minutes, but Kardashian isn’t a fan.
“I’m not a missionary girl, and I don't belong in a missionary!!! LOL, maybe I'd be more into this position if it was more of a workout, but missionary burns way more calories for men – somewhere between 100-300 in an hour!” Kardashian wrote.
The Strong Looks Better Naked author added that she “won’t say no to doggy style” and that she prefers “reverse cowgirl” because it will “not only get the job done 😜 , it'll give your core a hardcore workout!”
