Kim Kardashian made time for spiritual matters on Sunday, July 6, attending a church service with the pastor who officiated at her and husband Kanye West's wedding in Florence, Italy, in May.
The reality TV star was joined by big sister Kourtney Kardashian, as she attended a church service at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, where Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. was preaching.
After the service, the handsome pastor, 30, posed for a picture with the Kardashian sisters. He later shared the snap via Instagram with the caption, "Had the whole gang in church tonite. Jesus is alive and he is moving. The best is yet to come."
Married Kim, 33, also posted the picture on her Instagram account, along with a thoughtful motto, "The family that prays together stays together. Such a great service tonight."
Wilkerson is a pastor from North Miami, and has known Kardashian and West for about two years, since the two first visited one of his church services. While usually focused on young adult ministry at the Trinity Church in Miami, the pastor, and his beautiful wife DawnChere Wilkerson (pictured between the pastor and Kourtney above) evidently had a blast in Europe during the Kimye wedding week, taking pictures of themselves on jets, at the Eiffel Tower and inside the wedding venue, Forte di Belvedere.
Wilkerson shared a photo booth shot of himself, his wife and the new Mr and Mrs West on their wedding day via Instagram. He commented, "So happy for these two. Grateful for their friendship. The best is yet to come #marriedlifeisthebestlife."
