Movin’ on up! Kylie Jenner recently purchased a $4.5 million mansion to use as a “work space” for her cosmetics line, her real estate agent Tomer Fridman confirmed to Us Weekly.
The 19-year-old reality star purchased the four-acre home right next door to her current one, a $6 million luxury house in Hidden Hills, California. This purchase creates an impressive eight-acre joint compound between the two properties.
“To have this is a rarity,” Fridman told Us on Wednesday, August 17. “She turned this into a trophy estate because it’s two separate houses, but she owns both of them and they are next to each other in a private drive. It’s übertrophy, one of the most trophy properties out there.”
Jenner purchased her first Hidden Hills home this past May, and also owns property in a nearby gated Calabasas community, where most of her siblings reside. She put that home up for $3.9 million in June.
“The house has been extensively redone from the backyard through the interiors,” Fridman told Us at the time the sale was announced. “It’s a total showpiece.”
Jenner’s older sister Kendall also recently dropped some major cash on a stunning 4,800-square-foot home in West Hollywood for $6.5 million. The property was previously owned by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
