Following her lead! Liam Hemsworth has stopped following ex-fiancee Miley Cyrus on Twitter as rumors surface that the Hunger Games actor may have already moved on to Mexican actress and singer Eiza Gonzalez. Two days prior to Cyrus' rep confirming their split on Sept. 16, the "Wrecking Ball" singer initiated the Twitter fallout first.
"Liam and Miley are completely done and broken up," an insider told Us Weekly of the recent split. Added another: "She wants nothing to do with him, and vice versa. It's bad." Cyrus and Hemsworth officially called off their engagement Monday.
Hemsworth's latest Twitter activity comes shortly after he was spotted with Gonzalez in Las Vegas over the weekend. The Catching Fire actor stepped out solo to attend the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Canelo Alvarez fight, but was later photographed with Gonzalez at XS nightclub at the Encore hotel, where the two reportedly partied together alongside a group of friends.
On Monday, Sept. 16, the newly single hunk also tried to keep a low profile while driving away from Chateau Marmont with his mom, Leonie Hemsworth, in West Hollywood. Hemsworth was previously spotted leaving the hotspot on Feb. 23 with Mad Men's January Jones. The 35-year-old actress had been consoling him through his broken relationship at the time, Us revealed in its Sept. 23 issue.
As pals previously told Us, the couple's four-year relationship had been looking dire for quite some time. "He is over her and wants to make a clean break," a source told Us shortly before the pair confirmed the end of their engagement. "No more back and forth."
