The incident allegedly occurred in Mama June's bedroom in 2003 when the future reality TV mom was at work. In the very graphic and disturbing 2003 docs, Anna told police at the time that she had done the "s" word with McDaniel, that he touched "her private parts" and that he would urinate on her. McDaniel said if Anna told anyone he wouldn't "like her anymore," the documents state.

As TMZ previously reported, 53-year-old McDaniel recently completed a 10-year sentence behind bars for molesting an unidentified child. Cardwell, now 20, opened up about reports that Mama June has started to date McDaniel again during an emotional interview with Entertainment Tonight this week.

"It's like she's happy. She's smiling and laughing and giggling when he's around," she told ET on Oct. 29. "You know, he's a child molester, Mama. He did this to me. Why would you let him come around the girls knowing what he did?" (Mama June is also mom to Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon.)

Mama June, for her part, appeared unfazed about the situation during a bizarre on-camera interview with E! on Oct. 29. "I talk to her — I talk to all my kids," Mama June said of Cardwell. "We're all doing fine. We're just hanging out as a family and handling it privately. The protection of my kids is my number one priority."

She smiled and laughed during the chat, also sharing how she felt about TLC canceling Here Comes Honey Boo Boo amid the scandal. "I can't say anything bad about the show," she said. "I can't say anything bad about TLC."
