She wants Moore! Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams called it quits this past January, but the spouses of six years are still working through their divorce proceedings. And though they didn’t have any children together, they are trying to work out the custody of their eight pets — six cats and two dogs.
According to divorce documents obtained by TMZ, Moore, 31, has been stuck with all of their animals, despite the fact that the rocker, 41, allegedly promised to pitch in with at least two of the cats.
Nevertheless, the singer-actress seems to be quite taken with them on her Instagram account. Back in August, she posted a sweet selfie with her dog Joni, writing, “Joni. The OG. My muppet. So grateful for her unending love on #nationaldogday and every day! #rescue.”
In addition to the pets-related request, Moore also has asked for spousal support from her estranged hubby, who rakes in around $151,000 per month, while she apparently makes less than a quarter of that, TMZ reports.
Adams is coming off the success of his critically acclaimed Taylor Swift 1989 cover album, which was released in September. Moore has found work as a voice actress, voicing Rapunzel in 2010’s Tangled and Sheriff Callie on the animated series Sheriff Callie’s Wild West. Moore’s sixth studio album, Amanda Leigh, was released in 2009.
