The gang’s all here! Meghan Markle’s former Suits costars arrived together at Windsor Castle in England for her wedding to Prince Harry on Saturday, May 19.
Patrick J. Adams, who played Markle’s onscreen love Mike Ross, was accompanied by his wife, Troian Bellisario. Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter) and his wife, Jacinda Barrett (who guest-starred as Zoey Lawford in 2012 and 2013), also traveled overseas to support the bride, as did Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen) and her husband, Santtu Seppälä.
Markle, 36, starred on the USA legal drama from 2011 to 2017. She made her final appearance in the season 7 finale, in which Rachel married Mike. After Markle began dating Harry, 33, in the summer of 2016, she began receiving special attention on set for the sake of her security.
“Information was leaking out of Suits like crazy. As soon as it came out they were dating, everyone was warned to stop talking or they would be fired,” a source told Us Weekly in May 2017. “Everyone [was] OK with respecting her privacy. No one gets the impression she’s staying on the show much longer. They believe she’s going to marry Harry.”
Indeed. Harry and Markle are set to walk down the aisle at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle at noon local time on Saturday in front of approximately 600 guests. In addition to her Suits castmates, the former actress’ close friends Priyanka Chopra and Serena Williams, among others, are in attendance.
“I’ve known Meghan for three years and I’m so happy the way the world has responded to her because as long as I’ve known her … she is a relatable young woman of the world today,” Chopra, 35, told Us exclusively in April. “She’s that girl who thinks out of the box. She has always been an activist. She has always had a strong voice. She’s an ambitious girl of today. I think the world needs strong role models like Meghan. I think, I hope, Meghan will end up being one of those people.”
